The Division of Business & Education offers interdisciplinary studies, accounting, business technology/administration, business management/human resources, marketing, early childhood care & education, and computer information systems. Georgia Piedmont’s 25+ transfer agreements allow students to put core courses toward continuing their educations at four-year institutions.
The Division of Allied Health houses several rewarding healthcare pathways. These programs include medical assisting, medical laboratory technology, phlebotomy, practical nursing (LPN), neuromuscular physical therapy, surgical technology, opticianry, health information management, nurse aide (CNA) and registered nursing.
The Division of Industrial Technologies & Professional Services includes hands-on programs like HVAC, automotive, carpentry/construction, cosmetology, plumbing, commercial truck driving, logistics, welding and more. Here, students will also find pathways with programs like engineering, building automation, paralegal, mechatronics and industrial systems. Or students could take the creative route in areas like digital media and recording arts.
Public Safety houses the Law Enforcement Academy, fire science and emergency medical technician programs.
