GPTC Student Affairs & Registration Offices OPEN by appointment

COVID-19 cases continue to rise in our region. To protect and maintain the health and safety of our students, faculty and staff against the spread of the virus, Georgia Piedmont Technical College’s Spring Semester 2021 lecture-based classes will continue in a VIRTUAL/ONLINE format until further notice. Some in-person/on-campus limited labs will resume on Monday, January 25.

APPOINTMENTS >> In-person/on-campus student assistance (excluding weekends, holidays and Fridays): GPTC DeKalb A and Newton A Student Affairs campus offices are open to assist students in person with admissions, financial aid, scholarships and course registration for Spring Semester 2021. In order to adhere to pandemic safety protocols, students should make appointments to come on campus at https://gptcappointments.setmore.com/. **MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING ARE REQUIRED ON CAMPUS** Faculty and additional staff will also be available to assist via phone, email and other online means during this time and on Fridays.

Course registration for the Spring 2021 accelerated, 8-week (B-Term) classes begins February 8. B-Term classes begin March 8:  To register for classes remotely with an advisor, visit: https://cm.maxient.com/reportingform.php?GeorgiaPiedmontTC&layout_id=51

Adult Education programs and testing: Registration, intake, classes and testing for Adult Education (high school equivalency/GED/HiSET and ESL) students will be held virtually. Appointments for pre-testing on campus will be offered during new student virtual intake sessions. GED testing will be offered on the Clarkston campus beginning January 26.
