We Keep the Official Record
The Registrar’s Office at Georgia Piedmont Technical College (GPTC) manages and protects student records while providing key academic services.
Our office is responsible for issuing official transcripts and enrollment verifications, evaluating transfer transcripts, conducting course registration, awarding and posting degrees, and providing graduation information. We also review petitions for in-state residency and ensure compliance with FERPA to safeguard student privacy.
