Norma Johnson is the founder and owner of Norma J’ Beauty Products, a company built on over 40 years of dedication to high-quality skincare and beauty solutions. Her work began with a simple, powerful belief: women of color deserve skincare products designed for their unique needs.

Guided by this mission, Norma created formulas that visibly improve skin health and radiance. Her beauty care line helps users achieve and maintain vibrant skin. Today, Norma J’ Cosmetics and Skincare products bring these benefits to women and men worldwide.

Norma has been recognized for leadership in entrepreneurship, manufacturing, and international business. Her products have been showcased globally, and she has joined international trade missions representing American beauty products.

Her achievements include nominations for Georgia Manufacturer of the Year (2014, 2016, 2018) and the Wal-Mart JOZ Small Business Spotlight Grant. She represented the US abroad, including trade missions to China and Trinidad with the Georgia Department of Economic Development and DeKalb Economic Development, and at the “Made in the USA Expo” in Johannesburg.

Her honors include Entrepreneur of the Year in Oakland and the Award of Distinction from the Austin Metropolitan Business Resources Center.
