Anthony Outland Vice President & General Manager - Georgia
Anthony Outland serves as Vice President and General Manager for the Georgia Market at Johnson Controls. He is responsible for driving top- and bottom-line growth across the HVAC, Fire, and Security businesses. In this role, he leads sales, installation, and service operations. He focuses on expanding market share while delivering integrated building solutions that improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability for customers across the region.
Anthony brings global leadership in building technologies and services. Before joining Johnson Controls, he was the Global Offerings Leader at Honeywell International, responsible for growth across HVAC, Fire, and Security in seven regions. He transformed the sales-and-services model, enabling teams to deliver customer-centric solutions that increased revenue and strengthened strategic relationships.
Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Xavier University of Louisiana and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tuskegee University. He later earned his MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology Scheller College of Business. His MBA focused on the Management of Technology.
Originally from the small town of Boligee, Alabama, Anthony remains deeply connected to his roots and returns often to recharge and reflect before taking on his next professional challenge. He is passionate about mentorship and community impact, serving as a board member for the Krimson Community Foundation and actively supporting alumni engagement initiatives for his alma mater.
Outside of work, Anthony enjoys traveling, discovering new cultures, and photography.
