Gen AI: Ethics and Societal Implications CIST 1802
3 CreditsThis course examines the ethical considerations and societal implications of generative AI technologies. Students will explore topics such as bias in AI outputs, data privacy, legal risks, and the broader impact of AI on industries, communities, and global society. Through case studies and discussions, learners will critically analyze both the positive contributions and potential challenges of generative AI, while developing strategies to use these technologies responsibly and equitably.
