Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC) programs are usually one year or less in length and offer short-term training to meet specific needs and employment requirements. TCC programs focus on practical training rather than academic coursework.
TCC programs are designed for those students who wish to make a swift transition into the workforce. Students often earn certificates to get a step ahead in the professional field of their interest, and certificates may be offered in similar programs leading to diplomas and degrees.
The Computer Engineering Technology Fundamentals Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC) provides students with an opportunity to exit the Electronics and Computer Engineering Technology program with the basic technical skills required to enter the computer engineering technology field through a short-term certificate program.
The purpose of the School-Age Youth and Child Care Certificate Program is to provide students with the knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary to effectively work during out-of-school hours with children between the ages of six and fourteen years.
