About the LEA
The Basic Mandate program at Georgia Piedmont Technical College is a fulltime, 17 week, paramilitary structured program with a stringent admission process. Our program currently runs three times a year. The classes run Monday through Friday from 7:30 in the morning until 6:15 in the evening with some night training throughout the course. It also involves daily physical fitness training. There are no online or part-time classes for this program. Upon graduation you will be a POST certified Law Enforcement Officer.
