Georgia Piedmont Technical College's New President Media Availability

WHAT: Dr. Jabari Simama was recently appointed president of Georgia Piedmont Technical College by the commissioner of the Technical College System of Georgia. With just over a month on-the-job, Dr. Simama will make himself available for a media briefing on the state of the college, and several new initiatives. Agenda items will include the college's accreditation review, enrollment update, staffing changes, "Achieving the Dream" status and financial restructuring among other items. Dr. Simama will also address the need for job growth in our region and the need for job training.
