Checking Your Admission Status

Please allow ten (10) business days from the date of application to check your admission status online through BannerWeb. Follow the instructions below.

  1. Go to

  2. Click Check Your Admission/Application Status

  3. Enter your web application username and PIN# or your Student ID and PIN#

  4. Click on the desired Admission Term in the Processed Applications section

If the Processed Applications section does not appear after 10 business days of submitting your application, please contact the Admissions Office; refer to the contact information below for more details. 

Note: If you are applying for Dual/Joint Enrollment, the Law Enforcement Academy, or GVTC, please contact the representatives of these particular programs directly. Refer to the information below for contact details.

It is important to note that the following may cause a delay in processing your application and your receiving an acceptance letter:

  • If you did not submit your application fee, your application will not be processed until the fee is paid

  • If you mailed in documents or had documents sent to Georgia Piedmont Tech before you submitted an application, there may be a delay in matching the documents to determine that your file is complete

  • If you did not list your maiden name on your application and one or more of your documents includes your maiden name, there may be a delay in matching the documents to determine that your file is complete

  • If you applied close to the deadline date, there may be a delay because of the volume of documents we process around the deadline

  • If you submitted multiple applications online, there may be a delay in determining which file should be processed – you may have to be contacted to submit additional information
